ANZRP is proud to announce its recertification as a Great Place to Work® for 2026, reinforcing its commitment to a high-performance, values-driven culture. This recognition reflects both strong employee outcomes and the impact of  initiatives focused on building trust, capability, and engagement.

Employee survey results remain strong, reinforcing a high-trust, values-led culture where people feel engaged, supported and confident.

Employee survey results showing high performance across key metrics: trust index 92%, employee engagement 93%, leadership credibility 97%, advocacy 93%, and 100% scores for training, ethics, inclusion and customer service.

These results are underpinned  by a structured and disciplined focus on capability development. ANZRP has embedded a 70:20:10 learning model, integrating formal training, social learning, and experiential development into everyday work. This approach is reinforced by a mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) framework, requiring 15 points annually. The What Outstanding Work (WOW) Recognition Program further strengthens culture through real-time recognition of values-led behaviours.

ANZRP’s ongoing focus on inclusion, wellbeing and employee feedback ensures its people feel supported, heard and connected to purpose. ANZRP’s CEO Carla Vasconi said, “Our recertification reflects the consistency and intent behind how we work to strengthen our culture every day. By investing in our people, creating opportunities to grow, and recognising values in action, we’re creating the conditions for success and an environment where our team feels empowered to perform at their best.”

Together, these initiatives have fostered a high-trust, inclusive workplace that drives engagement, advocacy, and sustained Great Place to Work® recognition. Learn more about ANZRP’s certification.
