Carla Vasconi

Prior to her appointment to CEO in February 2025, Carla has led ANZRP operations for more than eight years to create and deliver innovative solutions that drive improved sustainability outcomes, enhanced customer experiences and increased profitability. She develops, implements and strengthens product stewardship programs that enhance brand reputation and reduce risk in a constrained regulatory environment.

Throughout her career, Carla has applied strong audit, risk management and governance practices to achieve high standards across e-waste, packaging, manufacturing, consumer goods, government, retail, ICT and utilities.

Anne joined ANZRP in September 2023, bringing her passion, vision and energy into strengthening the ANZRP brand, member services focus and business development opportunities. More recently Anne has assumed responsibility for the People and Culture function. Anne has worked across a wide range of industries, in both a B2B and B2C context, client and agency side and in Asia Pacific and Australia. She has proven results as an executive leadership team member responsible for marketing, communications, client experience, sustainability, and people and safety.

Peter is enthusiastic and passionate about all things technical having  worked as an IT Manager for over twenty years. Experienced and knowledgeable across a variety of industries he’s primarily worked in the vocational and medical training space before shifting across to join ANZRP in February last year. Peter‘s professional disciplines include cybersecurity, project management and product integration.

Andrew joined ANZRP in July 2023, bringing his experience across multiple sectors and industries to lead the safety, environment and compliance space, with a focus on relationship building and forging strong engagement both internal and external. More recently Andrew has broadened his portfolio to manage the TechCollect program, transporting and recycling e-waste from all channels.  This includes strong member engagement and collaboration. Andrew has worked across a wide range of industries over 25 years, in Operations, Quality and Safety roles primarily.
