ANZRP receives Great Place to Work certification

At ANZRP, we are proud of our workplace culture. Not only is creating a great place to work the right thing to do, it also greatly impacts the success and productivity of our team.
We have recently made this commitment official, and we are pleased to announce we’ve been certification as a ‘Great Place to Work’.

Great Place to Work (GPTW) is a globally recognised certification that acknowledges our commitment to creating an excellent workplace culture, verified by employee feedback and independent analysis. To gain certification, ANZRP surveyed our employees using the Trust Index Survey, and completed the Culture Brief.

84% of ANZRP employees said that ANZRP is a great place to work, compared to 56% of employees at a typical Australia-based company.
Workplaces are measured against five pillars of employee satisfaction, spanning attitudes towards management, their peers and the work they do using GPTW’s Trust Model. These are:

  • Camaraderie
  • Pride
  • Fairness
  • Respect
  • Credibility

“ANZRP is proud to be awarded a Great Place to Work certification, a welcome recognition for all of the hard work our staff and management have put into ensuring that we create an equitable, inclusive and positive workplace,” says ANZRP CEO Warren Overton.

Ensuring our people are healthy, connected to our purpose, and feel supported to grow in their roles is a goal set out in our strategic plan and monitored monthly through our balanced scorecard reports.

ANZRP’s Health and Wellbeing team drive a range of inclusion and wellness programs to help our team members stay healthy, motivated and engaged. These include our What great work (WOW) recognition program,

Our involvement in corporate social engagement initiatives also fosters a sense of purpose and connection beyond the workplace.

Michael Werle, HR Manager says ANZRP is committed to maintaining a great workplace. “This means we’re a place where we all continue to thrive and ensure sustainability and the circular economy remain central to everything that we do.”

Great Place to Work certification requires annual renewal, and ANZRP will continue to implement new programs and support services to help make our workplace the best it can be.

This year we are strengthening the capability of our team through the introduction of a continuing professional development program and learning pathways to position our people for the future.
