ANZRP staff ‘Wear it Yellow’ for National Reconciliation Week

This year, as part of National Reconciliation Week, the team at ANZRP got behind our charity partner Children’s Ground, and the ‘Wear It Yellow’ initiative. Children’s Ground is a First Nations organisation, whose vision is for the next generation to have amazing opportunities to celebrate their social, cultural, educational, health and economic well-being. The occasion allowed for staff to explore and connect over morning tea, raising money and sharing baked goods, stories, and enjoying the opportunity to learn more about the different First Nations cultures and how we can contribute to reconciliation by embracing truth and working towards justice, self-determination, and equality for First Nations peoples.

Many of our staff also attended a powerful webinar hosted by Children’s Ground, exploring this year’s theme, Bridging Now to Next, which explored what reconciliation in the workplace looks like across the nation.
