Each year ANZRP seeks feedback from our Members to enhance the operations of our program, and improve our service to our valued supporters.
As in previous years, the survey should take no more than 8 minutes, and is a really important gauge as to how we are serving your organisation’s NTCRS responsibilities, and what we can do to enhance your customer experience.
Based on feedback from last year’s survey we made improvements to our service such as migrating our Connections Member newsletter to a more sophisticated online platform, reducing our Member fees, and continuing to advocate for our Members’ needs and wishes on their behalf to the Regulator.
Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and anonymous, and all responses will be kept confidential. Data will be aggregated and reported to Members and the public in our annual report.
